WHO WE ARE
Zoo-De-Mackinac, Inc. is a small family owned and operated business. We are a team of four, who in addition to having full time jobs and raising families, organize a variety of fun filled events during our free time…mainly on nights and weekends. Our hard-working event staff, about 50 strong, is almost entirely made up of family and friends that volunteer their time in exchange for weekends of physical activity and fun filled parties.
If you’ve attended a Zoo-De-Mackinac event, it goes without saying: we love to throw a good party! We are proud to organize one of the biggest and best bicycle rides in the Midwest. We are also proud to host our events in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Northern Michigan. Each year our events bring thousands of participants from all over Michigan, the Midwest, and various other parts of the country to Northern Michigan.
Our events have generated millions of dollars for local Northern Michigan businesses and we support local charities that focus on recreational opportunities and the conservation of this beautiful area we love so much. It is our goal to continue to provide our participants with events that combine physical activity in a spectacular setting, as well as events that are unique, safe, and fun. And we promise to always end the day with a good party!
